<li>Provide tailored support to 2 lovely children in Year 1 with Autism</li>
<li>Assist with de-escalation</li>
<li>Dealing with dysregulated emotions</li>
<li>Manage challenging behaviours</li>
<li>Encourage, support & motivate independence</li>
<li>Aid with academic & social development</li>

<li>Work alongside a wonderful SENCo & strong multidisciplinary team</li>
