HealthCare Compliance Business Liaison Croatia

Janssen Croatia is recruiting for a HCC Business Liaison Croatia, located in Zagreb, Croatia. Manages and drives the HCC program to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Serves as a strategic business partner for management and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is natural element in day-to-day business. Key Responsibilities: Be a business leader Report to HCCO Central Europe and Baltics with a dotted line to the Croatian Managing Director and Croatian HCCO Ability to cultivate substantial relationships and lead internal collaboration across the company Be insight-drive and proactively uncover critical needs and turn them into opportunities for the organization and developing conrete proposal Have strong communication skills, be clear and conclusive Broad business experience and a demonstrated track of record Ability to take complex business situations and develop solutions to ensure compliant growth is achieved Consistent record in delivering results, self-starter Ability to lead complexity Qualifications Required: Supporting Croatian HCCO in translating global HCC strategies into country level strategy based on appropriate needs, goals and objectives, taking into account local external regulatory trends and environment Assuring adequate representation in relevant business governance structures, e.g. management board and establish discussion platforms to get general consensus and impact analysis Stimulating and chipping in to innovative ways towards HCPs and GOs consistent with the HCC/HCBI guidelines and framework and performing business plan reviews Working with JnJ Office of Compliance, Governmental Affairs, Regulatory, Legal to shape and influence the environment Providing and coordinating appropriate guidance, education, training, and regular communications on HCC to all covered employees, including General Manager, Management Board, etc. Conducting self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps and inconsistencies Developing and testing and monitoring plan to demonstrate that HCC program is effective and participate in execution where appropriate and engage Affiliate/Board participation in roll out Administers the Management Action Plan, and guide the business partners to close gaps and implement corrective actions Participating in investigations of non-compliance and implementing the escalation process to serious allegations, as appropriate Communication the status of the HCC program regularly to Croatian HCCO and relevant board Partnering with the Global/regional operations team Work with legal counsel and privacy regarding HCC and Privacy requirements and interpretation Preferred: BA/BS, advance degree or equivalent preferred, minimum of 3 years business experience.
