Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overall food production for patients, doctors, and cafeteria meal service following standardized recipes and approved regular and modified menus. Compliance to food safety and sanitation using HACCP guidelines in inventory/ordering, receiving, storage, thawing/food production and equipment operation. JOB FUNCTIONS: Quantity food production following HACCP guidelines. Compliance to menu cycles for both regular and modified diets. Quality Assurance responsibility in food safety compliance for state, local and JCHAO Completes order/inventory, receiving and storage procedures for food and supplies. Maintains equipment and work areas clean and meet inspection standard requirements. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to read and write English. Two years of experience in quantity food production within a healthcare environment. 15-hour TDH Manager's Food Handlers certification is preferred.
