Global Quotation Business Analyst

In the frame of Sales Operation & Digital, this role is a global expert of the Quotation. This role defines, improves and deploys the End to End vision of the quotation capability with the objective to bring a premium experience to our customers and Partners and also to bring a competitive advantage to our Front & Middle office with the right Process, right organization and right solution. Creating an effective Quotation capability is a top priority of SE Group as Quotation is key for our commercial performance and one of the top points to increase satisfaction of our customers and partner. This initiative is exposed to countries and zone Executives of the group and directly followed by the Opscom. What will you do? Support the improvement of the Quotation Core Model Ensure the efficiency of the quotation process Identifies functional performance gaps and launches remedial initiatives accordingly Resolves conflicts on any process issues that involve cost/quality or other tradeoffs Find the optimal quotation interaction process with other processes and initiatives (Example: Sales forecasting, Opportunity Tracking, quote specialist productivity management, partner self -service quoting, front-end Customer experiences etc. Work closely with Platform teams to define the right functionalities and platform supporting the capability leveraging new digital technologies. Quotation Process Strategic Vision Deep understanding of our customers and internal team quotation journeys and their pain points. Design the future of the quotation process The Right Organization model, the right processes Support the definition, improvement and harmonization of the right organization model for quotation Support the definition, improvement and harmonization of the quotation processes across countries and business units including set-up of golden rules and minimum mandatory requirements What qualifications will make you successful? Significant knowledge and experience of processes within B2B with the ability to connect this to the overall business needs Possess a broad understanding of the activities and challenges across the business process, with knowledge of quotation upstream and downstream activities Previous operational and/or management experience in quotation (quotation center manager, Commercial performance leader etc…. ) Manage functional request with a digital mindset Fluent English, both written and spoken. Other European languages are also welcome Deep knowledge and practice of quotation Strategic vision to give sense and direction. Good balance between Ability to provide strategic vision, ability to provide guidance and process knowledge in order to increase the maturity of the quotation business capability Ability to work well in international matrix environment across all of BU and countries to connect with and influence key stakeholders Excellent communication skills, strong resilience, drive and self-motivation.
