Logistics Project Manager for Industrial Gas Turbines

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile: * A master’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics * 3+ years of experience in the field * We are happy to see that you possess some special competence in the logistics area that complements the current group * Experience in shipping administration and in creation of technical descriptions is beneficial. * You will work on several projects in parallel, so you need to have the ability to prioritize and manage your time to achieve your goals * We are looking for an analytical, structured, enterprising and driven person * You are thorough and can see the big picture, but are also able to balance customer focus with the projects' internal goals * t is also important that you can communicate intelligently and clearly with people at different levels both internally and externally * Good knowledge of SAP, Qlik Sense or Primavera is an advantage * You must master English in both speech and writing * Fluency in other languages such as Russian, Swedish and German is beneficial. Your responsibilities: * You, together with project management in each gas turbine project, produce schedules and manage material flow during the implementation of the projects * You will be supported to create the project schedule by our Senior Project Scheduler (SPS) and then your task is to update the schedule regularly, handle deviations, and perform progress updates * To manage material flow the main tasks are to have maintain control of project hardware and produce visual reports of how the material flow is going at each step of the project * Together with the project team, you will work to find solutions to the challenges which pop-up during the project's implementation.
