Auto req ID: 266720BR Job Description Role Definition: This role is responsible for the development and execution MSO logistic and transportation category to deliver performance through executing and implementing sourcing strategies using GP processes and best practices. Key Accountabilities: Interaction with regional and global procurement teams, to meet the requirements of global processes and their application to regional bids. Innovation procurement lead for ANDINOS to ensure stage gate execution and time lines Accountable for delivering ANDINOS outbound transportation GP Plan (Productivity, Cash Flow, Pricing) Enable ongoing system, process, policies changes providing guidance and issues resolution to local stakeholders Delivers productivity and cash flow targets to ensure business plan are met Lead the execution of required governance and process changes (improving visibility on sourcing projects, its prioritization, clarity on roles and responsibilities, budgeting and benefits tracking) and enable Pep to get the most efficient cost base Understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices (today and in the future) to shape the sourcing strategies – Informed and Consultation Propose and execute productivity plans sustainably deliver productivity Lead processes of continuous improvement in the relationship with suppliers and guarantee a Tender Schedule per service according to business needs and regional purchasing policy. Ensure compliance with the Purchasing Policy and our Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct.Key Relationships: Within Global Procurement Develops MSO category strategies and gains COE alignment to ensure support and way of working harmonization Provides input to other GP enablement areas (risks, sustainability, others) Share best practices with GP team Qualifications/Requirements Excellent Functional knowledge (+5 years in category management /procurement or Supply Chain roles): depth in logistic and transportation category management processes and tools and other related categories in complex environment, preferably within Food & Beverage industry. Bachelor’s Degree in business engineering, Administration, Economics. Sound knowledge of strategic sourcing processes and procurement best practices, with experience of implementing them in a global environment Strong analytical & financial skills Political & commercial savvy Ability to translate complex situations into simple messages for Exec level communication Ability to work in X-functional team and influence them Leadership and teamwork skills Results and action orientated – comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets Excellent language skills – Spanish and English advanced intermediate, both verbal and in writing.
