<p>Minimum Requirements</p>

<li>You must hold a Bachelor&
39;s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a relatedDiscipline. Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, and CPA) is preferred.</li>
<li>You should have a minimum of 12 years&
39; experience.</li>
<li>You will be able to demonstrate a strong commercial and financial understanding Of the Chemicals or refining business functions (either PPMD or other). Knowledge Of Downstream businesses would be advantageous.</li>
<li>You should possess a demonstrated capability and track record, in the practice of</li>
<li>planning and performance management, and in the use of business intelligence</li>
<li>tools including:</li>
<li>Performance analysis, assessment and reporting</li>
<li>Financial (IFRS) reporting</li>
<li>Business planning / budgeting</li>
<li>Business case preparation</li>
<li>Project management</li>
<li>Financial modelling</li>
<li>You should also possess solid knowledge and understanding of managementaccounting, finance and Excel and be able to articulate complex analysis into simple concepts with strong writing and presentation making / giving ability.</li>
</ul>
<p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</li>
<li>Business Planning and Forecasting and Reporting</li>
<li>Provide analysis, explanations and recommendations relating to regular Planning &Performance Management (P&PM) tasks such as business plan preparation and periodic performance tracking, measurement analysis and reporting.</li>
<li>Conduct special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and redesign of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes.</li>
<li>Develop new financial models or review segment related models providing Economic insights on earnings, investments and energy market matters.</li>
<li>Plan, execute and lead planning and performance management (P&PM) analytical activities under the broad guidance of higher-level P&PM staff and supervisors of the hiring organization, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine and/or design issues</li>
