<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>We are working with an awarding organisation to recruit for a Product Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of Awarding you will lead the development and maintenance of qualifications and the assessment portfolio. This role can be remote with the option of hybrid working.<br /><br />As the Product Manager you will manage and work with a team of external associates embracing the use of technology including e-assessment platforms. You will develop and deliver the product strategy and operational plan for both regulated and non-regulated products and related support materials. You will lead and manage a variety of tasks such as product portfolio including technical/vocational qualifications, the development, implementation and maintenance of all products to ensure it will be fit for purpose. You will manage the assessment design, development and maintenance for externally assessed qualifications. <br /><br />You will also ensure compliance with the regulators are appropriate to the various products and inspire, lead and motivate the employees within your area of responsibility. You will recruit and manage external associates and consultants as appropriate for qualification and assessment development. <br /><br />About you: You will have substantial knowledge and experience of curriculum and assessment development with experience of working within awarding organisations and regulatory structures, relating to qualification, assessment and product development. You will have experience of the post 16 education sector and working with external agencies such as qualification regulators and government/funding agencies. <br /><br />This role will be working remote with the option of hybrid working in the office located in Colchester.
