Service Delivery Coordinator (Artificial Lift)

This role covers all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers&
39; site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.<br />
<br />
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Providing Major contribution to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.</li>
<li>Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success.</li>
<li>Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures</li>
<li>Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth</li>
<li>Ensuring Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.</li>
<li>Assisting with Load out/in of ESP Equipment</li>
<li>Booking in and Out ALS Eqt</li>
<li>Maintenance schedule management</li>
<li>Any other responsibilities required</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have knowledge in Artificial Lift Service and / or Electrical Submersible Pumps</li>
<li>Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues</li>
<li>Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team</li>
<li>Have experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements</li>
<li>Have SAP Knowledge</li>
<li>Have Norwegian and English language skills</li>
</ul>
