<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>A City-based business-intelligence company in the media sector is seeking an experienced Systems Manager to manage and enhance its information system built on the Salesforce Platform. The role is leading and managing a Salesforce support team on a system serving over 500 users globally and consisting of:</p>
<ul>
<li>Pardot</li>
<li>Salesforce Cloud</li>
<li>Financial Force PSA</li>
<li>Financial Force Accounting</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems Manager Required Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 years + of Salesforce experience and 1- 2 years as a Salesforce Manager/Product Owner.</li>
<li>Expert understanding of Salesforce as a CRM solution.</li>
<li>Expert in the design, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce, ideally in a complex organisation.</li>
<li>Knowledge of core Salesforce areas with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to Lead and Manage a Salesforce support team.</li>
<li>Ability to assign work and drive execution on features/deliverables.</li>
<li>Ability to write training collateral and run sessions for the user community</li>
<li>Experience of acting as a trusted advisor to sales and finance teams.</li>
<li>Experience in software development lifecycle processes.</li>
<li>Experience of managing offshore development teams and supplier networks.</li>
<li>Strong documentation skills.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems Manager - Desirable Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>FinancialForce (PSA and/or Accounting) experience.</li>
</ul>
