Advances Analytics Specialist (f/m/d) Accelerate the adoption of Data Science techniques across the organization in a value-focused, customer-centric way, operating as a change agent in partnership with business & technology teams Partner with Business teams to identify Data Science opportunities, including business impact & critical dependencies (people, process, technology) Partner with Data Science teams to improve the opportunity pipeline, cross-team collaboration, methodology, and governance Technology lead on Data Science projects from accepted proposal to customer delivery, meeting technical, budget, quality, and timeframe requirements Partner with technology teams on relevant technology trends, roadmaps & services Drive collaboration between Data Scientists, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts and Technologists on opportunities, priorities, constraints, challenges Provide practical guidance to Data Science project teams based on hands-on experience from previous projects Ensure business requirements are accurately collected and well-defined Establish trusted & strategic partnerships with external vendor partners Get involved in shaping the vision, mission, and roadmap of Data Science in J&J MedTech EMEA! Qualifications Essential Experience and Skills required: Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics Clear understanding of data analysis workflows and statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and probability modeling Hands on experience in Python/R, SQL, and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google) Experience delivering Data Science solutions including the operationalization of predictive outcomes in end user solutions Comfortable engaging with teams across a diverse variety of business functions and technologies Quick learner, motivated self-starter, self-directed and pro-active Preferred Experience and Skills: Experience working with Design Thinking and Agile/SAFE methodologies Knowledge of healthcare relevant data sets Certification in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence or Machine learning Experience in business intelligence and company-wide reporting Experience in machine learning techniques, such as regression, decision trees, probability networks, association rules, clustering, neural networks and Bayesian models, as well as skills in text mining and data visualization.
