Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As Service coordinator, you will Manage operations and service team members, including customer engagement & reporting. you will also manage the services of WellHead & XTree installations, Maintenance & Repair services.<br><br>As Services coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Managing team members, including technicians and coordinators, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.</li><li>Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions</li><li>Working with cross functional teams. Has major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L</li><li>Offering exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and upselling products and taking care of any customer concerns.</li><li>Working with high integrity with corporate guidelines on business ethics.</li><li>Remaining current on HSE requirements as per Baker Hughes and Customer requirements</li><li>Overseeing team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work.</li><li>Monitoring department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues</li><li>Driveling the development of the service staff, provide coaching, and support the work expansion with localization focus.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have 10+years of experience in a relevant role</li><li>Have Great Customer-Facing Skills, good Written and Verbal Communication</li><li>Experience with local clients in Iraq is preferred.</li><li>Have creative Problem-Solving skills & Solid Technical knowledge in Pressure containing equipment's (Wellhead and Christmas Trees)</li><li>Have experience managing a team</li><li>Have fluency in Speaking & writing Arabic & English</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
