As a Performance Manager - Technical Support, you will ensure Baker Hughes Drilling Services has proper tracking, management and improvement of performance in performance based contracts.<br />
<br />
In this role, you will be responsible for:<br />
<br />
&bull; Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process<br />
<br />
&bull; Working with the assigned teams (RE, AEs, SDCs and SDMs) to understand performance challenges and proper root cause and corrective actions, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client&
39;s objective and maximize revenue potential and future job assignments for Baker Hughes. All ensuring end to end process.<br />

&bull; Ensuring after action reviews are done for all jobs.<br />
<br />
&bull; Documenting and track corrective actions effectiveness<br />
<br />
&bull; Aligning with other product lines to stablish cross product line solutions for flawless job execution<br />
<br />
&bull; Providing on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution<br />
<br />
&bull; Mentoring of junior technical support and engineers to build knowledge and expertise.<br />
<br />

To be successful in this role you will:<br />
<br />
&bull; Have a Bachelor&
39;s in Engineering<br />
<br />
&bull; Have minimum 15+ years of relevant work experience<br />
<br />
&bull; Have the ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries<br />
<br />
&bull; Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours<br />
<br />
&bull; Be a motivated self-starter with a result oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.<br />
<br />
&bull; Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment.<br />
<br />
&bull; Have thorough understanding of P/L and technologies<br />
<br />
&bull; Have the ability to travel (typically travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, etc.)<br />
