What you will do: The Senior Field Service Engineer require to plans and executes, with minimal professional guidance, technical field assignments involving the installation, modification, test, inspection or repair of company products and equipment. The FSR may also coordinate work with other groups to ensure meeting customer commitments. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Deliver excellent customer service. Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, andwarranty liabilities. Support the department business targets for orders, revenues and Utilization. Provide prompt and timely support to customers’ needs during and outside of normal working hours, including contribution to a 24/7 on call rotation. Maximise the scope of the existing LV/MV products service portfolio to deliver added value solutions to customers. Maintain the expertise of the Schneider service team through training, personal development, workshops, documentation and knowledge sharing. Understanding of Customer Service principles and their effect on the business. Demonstrate safety consciousness in equipment handling, electrical and electronic procedures, and the unique situations encountered at diverse work sites. Qualifications: Demonstrate excellent customer focus Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Good networking and strong people skills Results orientation Power Engineering and/or the willingness to learn is a highly desirable. Power generation and power distribution with a focus on circuit breaker and switchgear maintenance. Knowledge on protection relay such as MICOM, Sepam & TeSys T. Performed technical training or service on power system, drives, switchgear etc. Electrical background and experience in Medium Voltage and High Voltage. Offshore & Oil and Gas experience a plus Must possess own transport and willing to travel on occasional overseas assignments.
