Your Profile Engineering degree from a reputable college or university Certified as Project Manager by Siemens Academy or any other external PM certification authority Has experience in project implementation, acquired in 3 - 5 years in project management, erection or installation & commissioning Familiar with PM Methods and Tools Knowledge of contracts and respective law Knowledge of economics in project business Has leadership ability and has been in-charge of staff (direct reports in project) for at least 1 year Has excellent command of the English language Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups. Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour. Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences. Proficient in MS Office suite Your Responsibilities Project Implementation, Planning & Controlling and will including handling all Siemens Energy-relevant planning elements and milestone Customer Management and will act as first point of contact to Customer, EPC or Consultant for any daily issues Leadership & Communication by ensuring targeted and full communication within the project team and with stakeholders Risk & Opportunity Management by identifying and assessing all risk factors and mitigating accordingly (e.g. elimination, reduction) Claim Management by involving the project team in the identification of claims and assess contracts in terms of claim-relevant significance, ensures examination by legal expert Proposal / Contract Management by supporting proposal in the bid phase on demand, analyzing customer requirements or deviations for onshore scope and examining their technical feasibility on site Partner Management by involving qualified subcontractors/partners/suppliers in a timely manner and selecting subcontractors/partners/suppliers according to defined criteria Purchasing & Logistics by involving purchasing at an early stage in compliance with applicable Siemens Energy procurement rules Finance Management by leading the project within the defined time, budget and quality framework to the satisfaction of the customer, ensuring business success for the entire project Networking by communicating with cross Sector/Region level with internal contacts on opportunities for doing further business and cooperate with sales and other business units Knowledge Management by analyzing information, knowledge and experience, and maintains accessible project records LET’S TALK ABOUT US!
