Our diverse and collaborative teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.   Ready to join us?  About this opportunity We are looking for a Professional Affairs and Key Expert Manager iTero, EMEA who wants to contribnute passionate about KOL development as well as Clinical Affairs and relationships, and has a experience building effective and scalable education programs. As the Professional Affairs Manager iTero, you will liaise with content subject matter experts and KOL´s to develop and deliver practical educational and certification programs for go-to-market strategies, education methodology, messaging, processes and systems. The scope of the role spans the entire iTero professional and scientific affairs journey for EMEA. You will be responsible for the development of KOL´s and scientific, evidence-based iTero curriculum, content, educational resources, and web content that is consistent and supportive of Aligns KOL strategy. You will report directly to the Education Manager iTero EMEA. In this role, you will… Be the Key Expert and subject matter expert relationship management Identify, manage and nurture a community of speakers and Key experts best placed to communicate the Align Technology digital platform message within the dental community. Develop and maintain an education advisory board, and create initiatives to ensure higher Key Expert involvement in program and content developments and to conduct product category VOC research. Ensure speaker bios and profiles are a reliable reference point for the business Study evaluator for iTero study proposals Advance the iTero University program framework and ensure market delivery and education objectives are met Brief KOLs in preparation for events, congresses and supporting the professional partners Establish and maintain active participation in dental and dental hygiene professional associations. Recommends and supports participating Key Experts and clinical messaging Ensure a sound and most relevant clinical messaging within training and education materials and is a reference point for the region in relation to credible scientific sources. Strategically review programs to determine the best ways convey information to the appropriate audiences; writes scientifically-based, appropriately referenced curricula that aligns with marketing strategies; writes course description and learning objectives for each course and compiles bibliography of sources referenced for each course; updates course content on a regular, on-going basis; build, maintains and updates CE research library and develops web content including video components Create, contribute and assess a wide range of clinical education materials, in partnership with subject matter experts, partners and colleagues throughout the business In this role, you’ll need … Candidate needs to possess a natural ease in dealing with people, an ability to present themselves with confidence, speak before a professional audience with conviction, a mature thought process to create training material relevant to their audience, spontaneity to respond to difficult situations with ease, a good sense of humour, loads of enthusiasm and most importantly a passion for iTero Experience in designing of learning materials and curriculum; ability to incorporate new research materials into clinical programs Demonstrated presentation skills/training background for adult learners and knowledge of current instructional methodologies including e-learning strategies Ability to build and foster successful relationships with both external and internal customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills An experienced, motivational educator, detail oriented and strategic thinking subject matter expert Committed to delivering on company goals and objectives Ability to solve a variety of challenging tasks Multi-lingual a plus EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree (medical) or equivalent work experience 6-8 years of expeirence, ideally with 3 years of related clinical experience and 2 years of didactic experience in academia Demonstrated field sales experience in the medical or dental fields a plus Proven record of working with and influencing KOL, sales professionals and medical leaders Proficiency with teaching in a virtual classroom environment, Learning Management Systems, Articulate Storyline or other authoring software. Strong attention to detail, business writing, project management and interpersonal communications Highly process oriented, with the ability to create and document programs that scale Highly efficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro Knowledge of SFDC and digital platforms Sound like a good fit?      Great!
