Leak Test Engineer

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood is currently recruiting for Leak Test Engineer to strengthen our team. This is B2B position on a 4/4 rotation in Iraq, with initial period being in Dubai.</p>

<ul>
<li>Coordinating the preparation of the technical documentation for the Leak Testing activities</li>
<li>Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed</li>
<li>Reviewing technical documentation</li>
<li>Coordinating on daily basis all Leak Testing activities performed by contractors, being Focal Point for these activities, and supervising assigned personnel</li>
<li>Ensuring that Leak Testing activities are performed as per technical requirements and that quality standards are met. Providing recommendations on how to overcome potential issues</li>
<li>Participating in the review of System Ready for Leak test documentation and participating or organizing participation in Pre Leak Test Readiness Walkdowns</li>
<li>Participating in daily &amp; weekly meetings within the commissioning team &amp; preparing weekly status report to the nominated commissioning system engineers</li>
<li>Ensuring that relevant documentation is prepared and made ready for system hand over to Production &amp; Maintenance organization</li>
<li>Participating in and assisting with the co-ordination of the Project&
39;s performance test(s)</li>
<li>Contributing to the Commissioning Group&
39;s improvement process and close-out report</li>
</ul>

<li>Mechanical / Process Engineering technical qualification (Minimum HNC or equivalent) (Client discretion)</li>
<li>Company Mandatory Training (Offshore Screening)</li>
<li>IT Literate (Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc)</li>
<li>Good educational background</li>
<li>BOSIET / OGUK Medical</li>
<li>Technical Qualification (NVQ / SVQ/ C&amp;G) or equivalent</li>
</ul>
