<b>Company : ADNOC HQ</b><br> <br><b>Job Title :Advisor, Facilities Integrity (Onshore)</b><br><br><b>Job Purpose</b><br><br>Provide advice and support the Upstream Operational Excellence activities in ADNOC and Group Companies with expertise and know-how in the technical disciplines of Facilities Integrity, Corrosion Management and Inspection. Contribute to Asset Integrity and HSE assurance activities.<br> <br>Provide advice and support to ADNOC Operational Excellence matters relating to the assurance, continual development and improvement of facilities Integrity performance across all ADNOC producing Assets.<br><br><b>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)</b><br><br>• Contribute to the further definition and enhancement of Operational Excellence strategy to be applied in all ADNOC Onshore Upstream companies in line with ADNOC vision.<br> • Provide facilities integrity, corrosion management and inspection technical support and expertise to all activities defined in the Operational Excellence business plan for ADNOC Group Upstream Companies in the Onshore.<br> • Manage all activities related to rolling out and ensuring compliance with the ADNOC Code of Practice for Corrosion & Inspection, within ADNOC Group of Companies.<br> • Manage Operational Excellence committees as directed as part of the Operational Excellence business plan.<br> • Collaborate with and identify critical integrity issues and areas of concern in order to ensure timely achievement of set goals and targets within the Onshore upstream companies.<br> • Ensure with Operating Companies that timely replacement strategies and execution plans are in place to keep integrity risks as low as reasonably possible.<br> • Ensure the safety critical Elements are verified and captured as per ADNOC COP.<br> • Provide advice and support in the category management activities within facilities integrity and support digitalization initiatives being undertaken within the areas of facilities integrity<br> • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities related to assigned OE committees and sub-committees.<br> • Support training and development of Operations staff in Asset Integrity and OE related subjects.<br> • Support all ADNOC Upstream Operating Companies with standardization of best practices, technical guidelines, policies, systems of work, work processes, procedures and digital tools, as related to facilities integrity.<br> • Support all ADNOC Upstream Operating Companies with specification, standardization, monitoring and reporting of Asset Integrity performance metrics<br> • Support assigned OE committees to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into resourced action plans.<br> • Identifies, evaluates and defines the way forward on the implementation of new integrity / HSE technology and best practices by attending relevant technical conferences, and manages the transfer of new technology and practices to and among the OPCOs and non-OPCOs<br> • Attends seminars, workshops, and conferences to ensure exposure to the latest technologies and share industry best practices<br> • Report through the OE governance structure the performance, status and issues related to assigned OE areas of responsibility.<br> • Support ADNOC Upstream Operating Companies with designing reporting structures and systems to keep Company Management fully appraised of performance, status and issues within assigned OE areas of responsibility<br><br><b>Generic Accountabilities</b><br><br><b>Supervision</b><br> • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.<br> • Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.<br> <b>Budgets</b><br> • Provide input for preparation of the Function/Division/Department/Section budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved Budget, and work plans to deliver objectives.<br> • Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.<br> <b>Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures</b><br> • Implement approved Function/Division/Department/Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards.<br> <b>Performance Management</b><br> • Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Function/Division/Department/ Section in line with the Company Performance framework.<br> <b>Innovation and Continuous Improvement</b><br> • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.<br> • Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.<br> <b>Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability</b><br> • Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.<br> <b>Reports</b><br> • Provide inputs to prepare Function/Division/Department/Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.<br><br><b>Generic Accountabilities (continue)</b><br><br><b>Internal Communications & Working Relationships</b><br><br>• Regular contact with Asset Integrity leaders and specialists in Upstream and Downstream Operating companies<br> • Manage a close interface with Corporate HSE department in all matters related to Asset Integrity systems of work and HSE management systems.<br><br><b>External Communications & Working Relationships</b><br><br>• Maintain contact with ADNOC JV partners in all matters relating to Operational Excellence, Asset Integrity and operational safety.<br> • Maintain contact with agreed partner vendors related to Asset Integrity digital technology<br><br><b>Minimum Qualification</b><br><br>Bachelor's Degree Engineering or technical subject.<br><br><b>Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills</b><br><br>• Minimum 12years of experience in an Asset Integrity management role, with specific working experience in corrosion and inspection management<br> • Experience working within an Oil & Gas International Operator.<br> • Extensive experience in process and mechanical systems and equipment used in oil field installation.<br> • Extensive experience in deterioration mechanisms of pipe lines, oil storage tanks, well completion, process vessels, structures<br> • Proven ability to collaborate across different functions.<br> • Superior quantitative and analytical skills.<br> • Proven ability to support and influence change.<br> • Must demonstrate strategic thinking<br> • Ability to write business reports and executive summaries for Senior Management approvals.<br> • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving work environment is necessary.<br><br><b>Professional Certifications</b><br><br>Membership of a
