We are located in our purpose built, secure delivery centre in Belfast; across our regional offices in Cardiff, Bradford, London, Manchester, Birmingham,  Glasgow and Edinburgh; and on a range of client sites.</p><p></p><p><b>The role</b></p><p></p><p>The Capability and Development team are embarking on a journey to transform the way we deliver learning solutions across PwC Operate. The Capability and Development team research, develop and deliver cutting edge learning experiences across a wide variety of topics. Tomorrow’s learners will expect transformative digital and live learning environments, and this team is focussed on providing them. </p><p>We are continually enhancing our team with a diverse set of skills and experience. To enhance our team’s skill-set further, we are looking for someone who has experience in the principles of change management with a people centered approach. </p><p></p><p>The successful candidate will have experience in developing strategies and solutions to support people through operational changes, be confident working with senior stakeholders to identify the impact of change on individuals and be skilled in the design and delivery of effective and impactful learning interventions, to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.</p><p> </p><p>The successful candidate should be highly motivated and driven with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience and great organisational skills.<br /> </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop robust and trusting relationships within our Operate business, across all lines of service and our external client base </p></li><li><p>Perform stakeholder management analysis, mobilization and maintenance of development and delivery plans</p></li><li><p>Develop and devise communication plans with stakeholders and clients </p></li><li><p>Work with stakeholders and clients to visualise their strategic priorities, culture and implementation of change across their workstreams and programmes.</p></li><li><p>Planning, facilitating and delivering stakeholder workshops, face to face and virtual/hybrid environments.</p></li><li><p>Creating content for key events and workshops through the utilisation of a consistent set of tools and techniques. </p></li><li><p>Assessing and measuring organisational culture and behaviours.</p></li><li><p>Perform change readiness assessments and monitor the progress via standard reporting methods and visualization tools such as dashboards</p></li><li><p>Leading the creation and execution of change management strategies and plans, developing change roadmaps, assessing impacts, benefits and resistance, analysing and managing stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Building and sustaining change networks and driving effective communications and learning.</p></li><li><p>Using the latest advances and best practice in business change and always seeking ways to provide our stakeholders with the most effective solutions to make change stick.</p></li><li><p>Perform training needs analysis, be accountable for training logistics and training facilitation to delegates through a range of methods.</p></li><li><p>Putting in place overarching programme governance and reporting for all engagements within your span of control</p></li><li><p>Manage risk exposure across multiple projects through the identification and management of key project risks to ensure the delivery of business goals</p></li><li><p>Championing the use of the Operate quality frameworks to drive programme excellence through mobilisation and operational excellence through Delivery</p></li><li><p>Drive standardisation in our solutions to support high quality, efficient outcomes</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Experience </b></p><ul><li><p>Experience of managing, implementing, delivering and monitoring change impact on complex transformation projects. Understand the principles, tools, techniques, concepts and practices of change management methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of Change, Communications and Culture trends, emerging practices and an ability to promote innovative ideas and solutions</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communications skills and the ability to tell powerful and compelling stories building relationships with stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing, and managing the development of high quality deliverables such as change and training strategies, engagement plans, impact assessments, training needs analysis, culture reviews, communications assets etc</p></li><li><p>Profound understanding and application of Microsoft Suite &amp; G_suite is desirable. </p></li><li><p>Experience in planning, design and facilitation of training programs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What is in it for you?</b></p><p></p><p>As we’re responsive to client demands, your role will be varied and challenging, providing you with an opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients.
