You’ll benefit from an informative onboarding, exposure to a variety of project work, mentoring and coaching, all whilst gaining certifications aligned to individual interests, and wider business needs.</p><p><br />This is a consulting role with an equal emphasis on technical delivery and strong client management. If coming from a military background you may not have experience of the technical aspects but the technical skills can be learnt.</p><p></p><p></p><p><u><b>Role and responsibilities</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Being a key and integral PwC engagement team member, producing high quality deliverables and taking  responsibility for managing discrete elements of the programme and/or engagement.  </p></li><li><p>An opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in complex portfolio or programme environments and to  develop broader programme management expertise in delivery work streams.  </p></li><li><p>Leading small PwC engagements on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the engagement lead, managing the  team and taking responsibility for delivery, risk and quality and client relationships.  </p></li><li><p>Contributing towards and leading elements of PPM competency and people development, business  development activities and supporting the growth of our priority industry sectors.  </p></li><li><p>Supporting the development of others both on and off engagements.  </p></li></ul><p></p><p><br /><u><b>Skills and experience</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Will have demonstrable experience leading projects or working within project teams</p></li><li><p>Experience dealing with budgets and finances is highly desirable</p></li><li><p>Qualifications including Prince 2, Agile, Lean 6 Sigma, ITIL would be beneficial</p></li><li><p>Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, PPT, Excel, MS Project is required</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate a growth mindset and ability to learn</p></li><li><p>Share our core values and purpose - act with Integrity, Care, Make a Difference, Work Together, Reimagine the possible</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead and work within teams</p></li><li><p>Build strong working relationships</p></li><li><p>Be mentally resilient and stress tolerant</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel throughout the UK and overseas</p></li></ul><p></p><br /><p><strong>Consulting</strong><br />In Consulting we deliver practical, far-sighted advice that gets straight to the heart of clients&rsquo; business issues and delivers amazing results by helping our clients improve the way they operate, reduce costs, manage risks, leverage talent or fundamentally change the way they do business, the work you do will be all about helping organisations of all shapes and sizes work smarter and grow faster.
