Project Manager - Data & Analytics

Mission Project Manager is a part of Europe Digital Data Hub responsible for driving our Business Intelligence solutions and analytics industrialization with continuous delivery of business facing applications covering from project management, to functional expertise, technical architect design, development, testing and UAT & support and expert advisory to business BI community What will you do? BI development Orchestrate functional and technical teams to delivery Use Cases following agile methodology. Also, coordinate some tasks regarding Running and Enhancement established in Europe · Ensure business activities are planned, staffed and run according to the project plan, on time and within budget · Strong communication with business as BRM, in some cases Following all standard System Development Life Cycle processes and producing required documentation Promoting BI benefits to the organization and usage of our tools to relevant business groups. Providing leadership, training and mentoring to others in areas of acquired/assigned expertise, including external consultant partners – knowledge sharing is key to our success Staying abreast of industry standard and cutting-edge technologies through whitepapers, vendor-based collaboration and literature, and technical newsgroups – sharing the research with all members of the Enterprise BI team and extended community through our internal collaboration tools Analytics Industrialization Project Management / Functional Expertise Awareness and ability to work with both agile & iterative waterfall methodologies Use the framework tool to follow DDH Operating Model High level estimation contacting Business Analyst, Data Architects/Engineers and Data Quality manager Plan projects execution aligned with priorities agreed between DDH Team and business Help to choose appropriate technologies, with an ability to negotiate, provide alternatives or reject business requests if no suitable technological solution available Coordinate test of solution prior to UAT, liaising with the Delivery Development resources Embed end-to-end security and privacy Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcomes Support & expert advisory Post go live support of the full Enterprise BI & Analytics platforms’ capabilities – irrespective of technology Drive existing RUN model more in the way to coordinate actions of supporting teams but resolving & advising yourself where possible Operational availability of our evolving technology portfolio, with a deep understanding of the various technical components/features of each technology and proactive trending of weaknesses/’areas to watch’ with proposals to Platform Owner of evolutions required Once identified, managing upgrades/evolutions end to end on the portfolio of technologies Creation and Maintenance of the knowledge store of operational issues, trends, activities Applying Problem Management techniques to reduce recurring incidents and requests What qualifications will make you successful? 3+ years experience as Project Manager, preferred on Data projects and support experience SCRUM Methodology Coordination of different Teams strength Knowledge SAP ERP as user Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written; excellent presentation skills Ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment in a global context Willingness and ability to train and teach others Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items Ability to self-manage, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills The desire for growth and innovation, to bring rapid solutions to business challenges/opportunities The ability to work in a centralized/decentralized operating model, with varying implementation partners and implementation owners Project Management Tools knowledge BI tools: Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI… ERP: SAP ECC/BW Notions of data bases: RedShift, PostgreSQL, Oracle… Notions of ETL tools: Informatica PowerCenter, PL/SQL, ODI… Broad IT knowledge and experience Strong team player Attention to details Active listener Digital disruptor Self-driven Creative thinker Analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in English Discover everything that we offer: Life insurance Flexible compensation: ticket restaurant , nursery, training, health insurance, etc. Own your career: Enjoy all the benefits of Open Talent Market, our platform that uses AI to connect you with hundreds of job opportunities, projects and mentors around the world.
