Main Purpose: Deliver our ambitious sustainability agenda in light of PEP+ for key MENA markets including Saudi, UAE and Gulf as well as Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan Work closely with our expansive list of bottlers and third parties to monitor progress in the delivery of our sustainability agenda Ensure proper budget planning process in line with our control environment Key Accountabilities: Remaining informed of the entire sustainability agenda and the strategy to deliver on PepsiCo’s goals (Being Informed) Creating sustainability briefing decks tailored to specific audiences (Executing Actions) Collecting data and monitoring the sustainability agenda with bottling partners (in key markets across MENA), and creatively articulating progress to Sustainability Lead and Office of Sustainability (at the Sector level and BU level) (Executing Actions) Fulfill reporting requirements for sustainability-related matters for both BUs (Executing Actions) Holding accountability of the entire sustainability agenda budget process, for both Business Units: Saudi Snacks and MENA FOBO. This includes budget planning, as well as regular monitoring and planning of budget spend (Executing Actions) Holding accountability of contractual processes with key sustainability partners, from internal registration processes, contract drafting with Legal, coordination of financial obligations with Finance and Control, and managing communication between our vendors and PepsiCo (Providing Consultation) Managing external sustainability partners by regular coordination and periodic monitoring and evaluation of progress (Executing Actions) Manage the functional budget across both MENA FOBO and Gulf Foods and Levant BUs from end to end: planning, monitoring and reporting.
LI-MENAFOBO Qualifications/Requirements Well established communications professional with a demonstrable track record of collaborative and creative working Experience of managing multiple stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience of working with diverse teams Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to develop creative content and communicate information in a creative, structured manner Good analytical skills and financial management background Proficient in MS Office, Data analysis tools Time management and ability to prioritize Eye for detail Discretion when working with key sector executives Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular
