Permit Holder

<p>The person we are looking for is a professional with documented experience in HSSE within the Oil and Gas industry.</p>

<p>Candidate shall be appointed as Permit Holder for Confined Space Entry and Rope Access Operations performed by Arteak Ltd. work crew.</p>

<p>Knowledge of health and safety legislation and experience in application of Permit to Work System within O&amp;G industry are an essential value.</p>

<p><strong>PROJECT INFORMATION</strong></p>

<ul>
<li><u>Location</u>: Indonesia - Onshore</li>
<li><u>Scope of Service</u>: Mechanical cleaning of pipelines (30&quot;-72&quot;) with pipe entry and support for commissioning activities (NDT visual inspections)</li>
<li><u>Contract duration</u>: Up to 5 months</li>
<li><u>Working time</u>: 75 days on-site shifts - 7/7 working days - 10 hrs / day</li>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ol>
<li>The Permit Holder shall originates the opening of the PTW and relevant certificate in compliance with the requirements requested by the activity to be performed and ensure that Permit to Work Pack includes all the mandatory attachments as described by Client&
39;s procedure for control of work in Greenfield: approved method statement, approved JSA, applicable drawings, other documents as required that are task specific e.g. rescue plan, isolation certificate, etc.</li>
<li>The Permit Holder shall be responsible for the work that will commence under the Permit and for carrying out the work in accordance with the conditions of the PTW.</li>
<li>Understand the hazards related to the activities and have the ability to convey the permit requirements and hazards to the workers in their native language (i.e. Indonesian and English).</li>
<li>Shall attend the daily PTW coordination meetings.</li>
<li>Shall cooperate with Arteak team Supervisor to ensure the PtW conditions, hazards and mitigations are communicated with the crew.</li>
<li>Responsible to hand over his duties and Control of Work documents to another PH when he/she has to leave the work area.</li>

<p><strong>MINIMUM SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</strong></p>

<ol>
<li>3+ years&
39; experience in construction of major project in the Oil &amp; Gas industry, specifically related to Confined Space Entry.</li>
<li>Has technical knowledge and experience related to his/her activities and can read, understand and interpret technical drawings.</li>
<li>Familiar with applicable safe working practices and capable of identifying hazards related to Arteak scope of services.</li>
<li>Medical Certificate of Fitness to Work up to OGUK (Oil&amp;Gas UK) guidelines and standards (activities shall involve working at height).</li>
<li>English language Level B2 / C1.</li>
<li>Bahasa Indonesia language Level C1 / C2 (native speaker).</li>
