<ul>
<li>Under general supervision, coordinates the activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole equipment, and surface equipment</li>
<li>Promote services excellence and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Provide guidance and training to less experienced maintenance personnel</li>
<li>Assigns work to subordinate personnel</li>
<li>Schedules equipment to be serviced and maintained on a daily basis</li>
<li>Insure the successful execution of maintenance processes in a safe and efficient manner</li>
<li>Collaborates/coordinates with 3rd party inspection and 3rd party machine shops to inspect and repair downhole iron connections</li>
<li>Serve as the lead in the shipping and receiving of downhole tools to and from the rigsite, as well as to and from 3rd party vendors</li>
<li>Assist in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history</li>
<li>Trains and assist tool technicians</li>
<li>Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 5 years of tool operations experience</li>
<li>Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines</li>
<li>Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process</li>
<li>Experience in SAP, Forklift certification, Asset or Fleet management experience, and experience with downhole drilling tools</li>
