This role supports bringing these household names to consumers across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Sales team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will report into the National Business Manager and develop an understanding of the role Sales plays at General Mills – you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the Finance, Sales and Marketing & Supply Chain teams. In your time with us, some of the key responsibilities and learning objectives will include: Leverage data to develop insights and make suggestions so we can best serve the customer and consumer Play a role in measuring and monitoring forecasts for accuracy Participate in the preparation and execution of range reviews and forward planning Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with a range of internal stakeholders A range of tasks to support the Customer Team To be successful in this role, you will need to: Possess a strong willingness and appetite to learn Have graduated in 2020 or 2021 with a Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Commerce or other related discipline Strong communication, time management and prioritisation skills Be commercially oriented and results driven Are team oriented and able to use your initiative Proficient in Microsoft Excel The ability to rapidly learn new systems and any prior experience working in FMCG, retail or supplier environment are also an advantage.
