Job Description Banking Transaction Specialist (US-Remote) Position will start: April 18th,2022 Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $18.00 per/hr. Great Health Benefits Offered and Eligible Day One! As a Banking Transaction Specialist, you will help with various banking needs, inquiries and provide solutions. Experience working with banking databases or portals is extremely helpful since this will be where most of your daily activity will be spent. You will be responsible for updating Excel spreadsheets, reviewing cases, and supporting documents to answer inquiries and solve complex issues. Most of your communication will be telecommunicated by way of email and for urgent matters, questions, or concerns through Microsoft Teams with the Bank directly. Banking Experience can be extremely helpful in this role but is not required. We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, effective problem-solving skills, analytical thinkers with the determination to deliver comprehensive solutions. People who succeed in this role have: Understanding of Banking Services/Language Keyboarding or data entry proficiency (10-key/alpha-numeric) Computer Knowledge and software experience (Word/Excel skills) Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills. Able to work with little Supervision Time Management Skills Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older High school diploma, GED, or college degree Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be able to clear a criminal background check Be part of the future!
