PLANNER

<ul><li>Plan and coordinate function to fulfill customer orders using project management/planning and MRP tools as applicable to ensure customer order is delivered on time.</li><li>Plan and monitor for production order according to capacity and manpower arrangement and ensure on time delivery of shipment based on customer requirement</li><li>Submit NOI to customer representative or third party if WITNESS or HOLD is required</li><li>NCR follow up</li><li>Work with production supervisor on job prioritization</li><li>Follow up the status with buyer for sub-contract items</li><li>Handle Major revision, amend plant BOM as necessary, trigger for part replacement due to revision change as and when necessary.</li><li>Replace shop packet for WIP, stock</li><li>Review backlog and ensure no past due Material Availability Date (MAD) and align CSD to ensure ex-work accuracy,</li><li>Request CAD date change and follow up with Project dept</li><li>Attend Shop Floor daily management meeting</li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering</li><li>Minimum 2 years production planning experience with a MNC Familiar with MRP (preferably SAP)</li><li>Go-getter with strong communications skills.</li><li>Experience in planning related role &amp; strong in teamwork and interpersonal</li><li>Well organized and customer orientated</li><li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills </li><li>Knowledgeable in MS office application tool</li></ul>
