<p>We are now looking for a <strong>Data Privacy Compliance Manager</strong> to be responsible for developing and maintaining a data privacy compliance programme across the GNM Group.</p>
<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p>
<p>Ongoing GDPR programme support and refinement, including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Data Subject Rights process</li>
<li>Privacy evaluations, risk assessment, DPIA templates, processes and tools</li>
<li>Training and Awareness</li>
<li>Monitoring and Testing plan</li>
<li>Record of processing activity and linkage to system and application asset register</li>
<li>Support of other work stream leads and subject matter experts in their respective work streams</li>
<li>Managing GNM sites and microsites data privacy compliance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for this role.</li>
<li>It is also important that you have stakeholder management skills and the emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with a very broad range of individuals and teams in a complex environment.</li>
<li>The ability to work well under pressure (including time pressure) will assist you in this role. An ability to understand how to apply a risk-based approach, and the ability to develop creative solutions would be welcome.</li>
</ul>
<p>To be considered for this role, we are looking for you to have demonstrable experience of previously working in a Data Privacy or data compliance discipline.</p>
<p>Media or the publishing sector experience would be welcome, and knowledge of data protection laws, regulations and policies including the DPA, GDPR, PECR and ideally CCPA and the Australian Privacy Act.</p>
<p><em>Ideally you will have a data protection qualification.</em></p>
