Your Role: We are seeking an Engineering Manager for the Database Performance Analyzer product. This team will be responsible for enabling double digit growth in revenue by developing industry defining features in the product. At the same time maintain the exceptional quality of the product. The team will also continuously improve the customer satisfaction score by providing timely support to our customers. You are responsible for directly driving and owning development and operationalization, up-leveling existing engineers and working with our product teams to drive adoption of the product Responsibilities Your Impact: Hire, lead, and grow the team of engineers with great technical skills, characteristics, and team fit Partner with product leaders to understand customer pain points and market opportunities, and translate them into clear and robust engineering solutions Advise engineering and product management on technical roadmap, ensuring that the vision aligns with broader company objectives Motivate a group of high performing, missionary engineers and help grow the organization through mentorship and developing learning opportunities Promote a culture of engineering excellence and strengthen the technical expertise of our engineering and product teams Increase the security of the solution Qualifications Your Experience: 8+ years of industry experience 3+ years of experience in directly managing engineering teams in a global organization, and delivering high quality applications into production Experience in Database monitoring, performance optimization will be an advantage Full product lifecycle experience Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience driving teams forward and ability to influence technical decisions to line up with the company’s strategy
