Sr. RFP Writer (EMEA)

Job Overview iCIMS, the world’s leading Talent Cloud is seeking an exceptional Proposal Writer to join our team. You’ll oversee the simultaneous development of multiple RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.) responses for our suite of products and services, working cross-functionally and coordinating with our Sales and Legal teams to make an impact on our ability to win deals. As a Proposal Writer at iCIMS, you’ll gain knowledge of the latest HR SaaS solutions transforming the industry, be challenged with understanding both prospect and client needs, and, lead the RFP response process from start to finish: from authoring and editing content to finalizing and submitting responses. You’ll collaborate with other internal groups, utilize core messaging, product positioning content, and our existing answer bank to craft compelling answers to the questions outlined in each proposal. You’ll guide and coach other stakeholders/writers, while also ensuring all responses are accurate, timely, and are in keeping with iCIMS company standards, brand, and direction. Responsibilities Oversees the development of proposals and/or other documents describing iCIMS’ products and services in response to requests from prospective clients and/or current clients when up for renewal Ensures all RFP responses are submitted on time by demonstrating a sense of urgency and initiative Utilizes core messaging, product positioning content, and the answer bank to help creatively develop and write impelling answers to the questions being asked in the proposal Collaborates with other departments, especially Marketing, Sales, Legal, Technology, and other experts to produce high quality, accurate responses Maintains RFP database that includes the FAQ / Technical / Legal / Product answers Maintains all RFP supporting documents that include standard operating procedure documentation, proposal templates, cover letters, acceptance criteria documentation Develops and maintains a technical understanding of the software so that technical details can be clearly and strategically communicated when required Continuously improves proposal responses and aligns proposal messaging with corporate goals Becomes an expert with iCIMS’ suite of products, features, and benefits and develops a deep understanding of market and industry trends as well as clients’ needs Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity always and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies Receives and acts on feedback for continual professional improvement and development. Takes measures to enhance body of knowledge and skillset through training Qualifications English fluency (spoken and written) Solid writer and storyteller, who feels comfortable developing an idea into an impelling answer Excellent organization and project management skills A keen eye for editing and ensuring content is complete and accurate Flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing workload Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, English preferred or equivalent related work experience Fluent in one of the following languages - French, Italian, Spanish 3-5 years supporting software proposals EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
