Mission Collaborate with Engineering Responsible to improve the industrial processes from the point of view of ergonomics, quality and cost. Responsible for predetermining or measuring the standard time required to manufacture a product. Continuous improvement of methods and processes, applying the SPS methodology. Results areas /Functions-Tasks üDefine manufacturing standard times (UT,DT) using the appropriate methodology according to manual or automatic process (MTM, video-analysis, times balancing, …) üImplement adaptations on the processes and manufacturing work stations for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual and automatic processes using SPS techniques and tools. üSet the Work Instructions, including ergonomic rules. Train and validate with operators. üReview and update reference times database (SAP). üOptimize existing workstations, propose actions to improve industrial efficiency (IE, SUR). üStudy, propose and validate the development of new workstations. üReview and update cadences and changeover times. üCollaborate with SERE in all deliverable documents related to ergonomics (risk assessments, diagnoses, action plans). üRepresent Manufacturing Engineering function within the manufacturing SIM meeting, and implement the agreed corrective actions. üEnsure the Continuous Improvement of the processes in terms of Safety/Quality/Lead Time and Productivity, applying Lean methodology (SPS). üManage the internal capacities adaptation with the dedicated tools (CAMA). Skills and experience üEngineer degree, complementary training in Time Determination. üKnowledge in MTM-2 (certification needed), video-analysis , Time Balancing techniques. üContinuous improvement methodologies such as 6sigma, Lean manufacturing, 5 S, Project Management and Ergonomics. üLanguages: English Advanced üIT: MS Office , SAP, AUTOCAD, Equinoxe (MTM tool). ü3 years experience in Methods and Timing and industrial processes improvement..
