Project manager for the MES@SE Initiative

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your Responsibilities Drive the implementation of the assigned cluster, decommission apps as specified and migrate to the future MES system for the corresponding cluster Understanding and implementing required architectural, information- and cyber-security rules and regulations Managing projects on time, in budget and with the expected quality and outcomes Developing and implementing appropriate communication, training and change plans as well as stakeholder management and communication Your profile University degree in computer science, business informatics or other similar experience acquired elsewhere Several years of experience in leading international IT projects in the manufacturing area Knowledge and usage of project management methodologies. Certification(s) in the areas of PMP, Prince, Scrum Master / Product Owner / PMI-ACP / SAFe / Design Thinking are desirable Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong analytical- and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change Willingness to travel is required German language is very beneficial, English is mandatory LET’S TALK ABOUT US
