Rework Specialist

Due to our growth, we are now hiring a Rework Specialist for our Supply Chain EMEA team in Wollerau, Switzerland. Job Description: In this role you will reduce excess stock due to phase out of finished goods or changes in components, maximize sales by converting current stock changes into sellable products and will ensure regulatory compliance all with the purpose to avoid destruction of potentially saleable inventory. Furthermore, you will coordinate the execution of rework activity at the Third-Party Manufacturers (TPM). Your main responsibilities include: Taking care of TPMs’ contracts to support reworks Coordinate stock movements from multiple locations (e.g., DCs, plants) to TPMs Organize rework instruction creations Create rework purchase orders in SAP Manage creation of rework batches from quality control Direct SKU - extensions to support rework activities Manage communications with different departments such as TPMs, brands, senior management, transport, and logistics and many more Align quantities and consumption with TPMs In charge of executing reworks at TPMs Coordinate stock cleanses Qualifications We are looking for someone who brings: University Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in outsourced manufacturing and / or supply planning Knowledge of and experience with project management tools would be preferred Strong project management including seamless presentation skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and a team player, with a proactive approach, who can also work independently Good SAP - skills Fluency in English Is this position relevant and interesting for you?
