<b>Responsibilities </b><br />

Our Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in local content development and reporting, assisting in the compilation and submission of tender, &amp; circulating of weekly and monthly sales progress reports.<br />
<br />
Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</p>

<ul>
<li>Local Content Coordinator requirements
<ul>
<li>Collection of data and submission to Customer all local content reports as required (monthly, quarterly, and annually)</li>
<li>Preparation of local content reports required for invoicing</li>
<li>Reviewing local content requirements with each tender</li>
<li>Monitoring and advising local content contract requirements to Management to ensure compliance</li>
<li>Assist Product lines to prepare applications for CT-KZ certificates for locally manufactured goods</li>
<li>Develop into our local expert on RoK local content requirements and assist Company to be in compliance</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Assisting tender group team to prepare quotations and bid as required</li>
<li>Preparing of marketing material as required by the Sales Manager</li>
<li>Learn and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems and Workplace Instructions.</li>
<li>Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.</li>
<li>Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.</li>
<li>Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.</li>

<li>Multi-tasking ability</li>
<li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills</li>
<li>Should complete product line specific Weatherford training</li>
<li>Should be able to work closely with fellow employees</li>
<li>Accounting/purchasing experience including experience with contracts, tenders and bids.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2+ years experience in a commercial or business intelligence role.</li>
