Procurement Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team. Based in Macquarie Park Sydney, this role will report into the Project Procurement Supervisor. This role has become available due to increase in demand the Software Procurement Team within the Process Automation & Industry Business. You will be responsible to take on responsibility of activities relating to the Supply Chain of Software. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to; raising and maintaining software purchase orders in SAP & online portals based on orders received logistics procedures such as maintain and improve stock control, warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials process and email software licenses and invoices for managed orders book transportation shipments and email transportation documents to customers when required maintain stock based on historic volumes and expected demand ensuring supply chain processes adhere to established procedures, polices, methodologies and processes liaising and working with internal and external departments such as marketing, project launch team and finance teams About you: You’re innovative and strategic, focused on finding ways to optimise work processes. You’re going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary result. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful; 2 Years’ Experience in similar position proficient computer and Microsoft Office Applications skills SAP Experience preferred good client relationship and interpersonal skills excellent telephone manner and attention to detail and ability to develop detailed processes Our culture is achievement-driven, diverse and truly global.
