What we ask of you You will have experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor Personable communication skills Availability to work weekends Energising motivation - its infectious - no job is too big or too small A passion for the industry, a want to be the best in service Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate What you will do End-to-end client management during the execution of the function Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests Design, confirm, and communicate room layouts and set-up requirements for special events. Responsible for all on-site details for executing group events, developing and following checklist/itinerary, and troubleshooting event problems.
