Job Description Overall purpose of job: To drive sales force effectiveness and enhance sales competencies To develop commercial excellence analysis to improve business efficiency & effectiveness To drive data analytics to enhance strategies and sales operations Essential duties and responsibilities: Drive Sales force effectiveness and act as project lead to communicate Sales team, IT and regional team for enhancement for CRM system and sales platform As a partner with Commercial Team to assess and identify training needs, develop / source and implement / coordinate training programs Work with Comerica Team, in optimizing sales force deployment Manage SFE affairs such as target setting and incentive payout Data analytics: Data mapping & manipulation from input (sales system) to output (reports, KPI) Support business partners in assessing new initiatives and strategies Comply with integrity and compliance standards Special requirements: Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and changes in the business model Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and communicate a cohesive story through qualitative and quantitative data analysis Strong PC skill. Proficient in using MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Essential knowledge and skills: University / Bachelor degree or above, Generally requires 2+ years reputable sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, or Business & Operation solutions Sales management experience in consumer marketing, trade marketing, consumer pharmaceutical, healthcare, infant formula etc. is added value. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have hig agility in acquire new ways of doing things. Highly proactive, collaborative and a strong business partner.
