We are looking for a highly committed: Staff Process Engineer in Operational Business Unit OIDAP (Permanent) Overview This exciting role reports to the Senior Operations Support Manager Optical Inspection, Device Assembly and Packaging (OIDAP) and works closely with several functions on site and globally, like Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Operations, Planning or Business Excellence. The Staff Process Engineer establishes and standardized processes to increase performance and quality. A strong end-to-end focus is required to ensure safety, the right quality, right first-time production through improving reliability and speed as well as cost optimization initiatives. For goal achievement, data-driven decision-making and strong alignment among different teams and influencing different levels of people are key. Additionally, they might support New Product Introductions as Single Point of Contact for the Business Unit. Hands-on and lean mentality is a must, strong communication and presentation skills are desired. Data analysis will be part of the job, analytical and statistical skills are required. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: University/Bachelors/Master degree in Nature Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology or Industrial Automation (Technical, Data Analytics or Statistical degrees) or equivalent Root Cause Investigation and Problem Solving skills (e.g. Ishikawa, 5 Why, Kepner Tregoe) Hands-on mentality and End-to-End focus Lean Green/Black belt and/or SixSigma certification required Analytical / Statistical skills required Strong communication / presentation skills desired Project Leadership / Organizational change experience is preferred OEE experience desired Training techniques desired Fluent in English and German Software skills: Excel, MiniTab, Tableau Experience in GMP environment and Combination Products desired For more than 130 years, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
