Johnson&Johnson Deliver Japan Operational Excellence is recruiting for a Project Specialist, located in Tokyo, Japan This is an exciting position where you will be involved in projects that transform DC operations while collaborating with the operation team, and at the same time, you can lead the implementation of innovative technology. Key Responsibilities: The primary roles of the Project Specialist include Finding issues for HMD DC on his/her own in a data-driven manner. Planning and implementing projects to address the issues found, with meaningful metrics to improve efficiency/quality/customer experience of HMD DC operations. Keep up to date with innovative technologies, study their implementation in J&J, develop business cases, and promote actual implementation projects. Take the initiative in developing the capabilities of both self and others in order to raise the level of Kaizen Capability of others around him/her.
