To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As Panel Builder Operation Order Team Lead, you will be responsible for deploying and executing operational excellence and for focusing on efficiently and effectively enabling panel partners to achieve growth objectives in their target markets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing Panel Builder incoming Low Voltage and Medium Voltage projects, to achieve expected lead time to meet Partner expectations as well as for reporting out on expected revenues for the month from partners. You will also be responsible for providing Panel Partners-related analyses, performance metrics and KPIs. Your main responsibilities: Manage the team to provide LV and MV applications support and project order management support internally and externally Manage supply chain activation for new partners Organize and provide Panel Builder Partner related analyses, performance, lead-time achievement Measure and maintain metrics of Eaton’s performance to help improve value to our partners and provide revenue forecasts of Partner spend by month Provide market and customer feedback to product lines Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent education 5 to 7 years’ experience in product line marketing or technical assembly Strong knowledge of IEC MV and LV assembly products and applications Project management skills Able to build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders within and outside Eaton Intercultural awareness Good communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, accept ownership for results, take initiative Interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to coordinate collaborate and manage people without reporting relationships Fluent communication skills in English, German is a plus What we offer you: Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations, check out with the site HR what type of flexible working solution is available for this role.
