Food Service Assistant

Job Summary Amentum is seeking a Food Service Assistant to support Food Operations in Alice Springs Australia at Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG) facilities for USG, GOA, Contracted employees, and business travelers. Responsibilities include: Conduct assigned site custodial tasks in and around Dining Facility Assist Cooks in Food preparation Using Custodial equipment polishing floors and steam cleaning carpet Conduct all actions to ensure a highly rated customer service is provided to customer Dusting High level and cobwebbing Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements Any other reasonable duties as requested Report all low stock supplies to Head Chef Minimum Requirements Certificate in Health Support Services or equivalent experience Certificate Hospitality or equivalent experience Driver's Licence Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain a TS SCI with poly or an Australian and possess or be able to obtain a TSPV Preferred Qualifications Supervision Certificate/Certificate III in Business (Frontline Management) Micros Fidelio and Opera Hotel Management System Knowledge Cash Handling knowledge SAP Experience Undergraduate Degree Field: Hospitality CPR White Card HSR Training
