Global Order Experience Portfolio Leader

We’re looking for Order Experience Portfolio manager to our office in Barcelona. The person will be responsible for End to End Order Experience Portfolio. The OX Portfolio manager will need to understand customer needs, analyse business requirements, assess cost estimate, evaluate strategic fit, prioritise requests via delivery process. The journey of OX Portfolio manager starts with being Single Point of Contact for all business requirements across all Schneider Electric BUs, countries and regions. The journey of OX Portfolio manager ends by delivering prioritised request or communicate in case of cancellation with requestor. The scope of OX Portfolio manager is global role covering requests from Schneider Electric employees with already deployed order management capabilities across 80+ deployed countries with partners across all personas, including all acquisitions and brands. The Order Experience covers processes from price and availability search to commercial returns. It covers full Schneider Electric offer from products, equipments, solutions, software and services. The direct and indirect partners are in scope. What will you do? Identify and gather business requirements from Schneider Electric employees Understand customer needs, analyse business requirements, assess cost estimate, evaluate strategic fit, prioritise requests via delivery process Provide exhaustive and comprehensible description of the Global Digital Order Experience processes of Schneider-Electric Drive OX portfolio in all applications to bring constantly more value to the Customers and the Businesses Define, design and deploy Order Experience Portfolio management playbook that all entities in all regions will know how to request and deliver changes on order experience The ultimate objectives for this role is to lead end to end delivery of Order Experience in order to increase Order Experience NSS,, increase MAU (Monthly Active Users) driven by OX capabilities and generate additional revenue drive by OX capabilities/journeys What qualifications will make you successful? At least 5 years of solid experience in Project-Program-Portfolio management with extensive evidence on such role during past few years.
