Subsea Construction Lead

<p>Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil &amp; Gas sector with experience primarily in construction with Subsea pipelines, offshore Brownfield activities.</p><ul><li>Experience of Pipeline Isolations for Subsea Pipeline and Sleeper damage repairs</li><li>Knowledge of DNV &amp; ASME codes and standards for Subsea Pipelines Systems and Repair</li><li>Experience in review of Under Water Inspection report and advise mitigation plans for anomalies.</li><li>Experience in use of specialized Isolation plugs for pipeline repair. Experience and knowledge of risk based integrity management methods and Strong understanding of Process Safety concepts.</li></ul><ul><li>Experienced in the FFS relevant codes and practices</li><li>Experience in use Subsea construction equipment for pipeline and sleeper damage repair</li><li>Experience in review of Subsea lifting plans</li></ul><p> </p><p>Technical and Business Skills </p><p> </p><ul><li>Strong technical skills and experience in subsea pipelines construction.</li><li>Thorough understanding and knowledge of SHE Standards as they relate to the Oil &amp; Gas Industry and Environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Should have strong effective communications in written and spoken English, creativity, problem solving, and coordination capabilities with good attention to detail.</li><li>High degree of flexibility and ability to demonstrate conceptual thinking skills.</li><li>Foresee and resolve issues by providing guidance to the site team for safe installation</li><li>Review Technical Queries and Technical deviations from Contractors and ensure deviation to client/international specifications are minimized</li><li>Oversee the works for Contractor Subsea pipeline engineers and provide guidance to meet project scope and timeline</li><li>Lead and participate in Design Reviews such as Design Risk Assessments (DRA), HAZID and Constructability Review including action items are closed by liaising with relevant stakeholders</li><li>Provide technical and risk-based evaluations engineering support for FEED, detailed Engineering, operational, maintenance, integrity or external interface issues</li></ul><p>Our role in supporting <b>diversity</b> and <b>inclusion</b><br />As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
