We collaborate with teams to solve complex technical challenges and design future innovations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Digital Operations Manager you will focus on ongoing management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, products and services, capacity management, incident response and end user support.<br><br>As a Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Implementation and operations support of regional Baker Hughes applications and services such as ERP, document management solutions, repair and maintenance tools and others.<br></li><li>Vendor management and collaboration with between global, regional digital teams and Customers.<br></li><li>Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise and bridging stakeholders and Digital teams.<br></li><li>Deploying global initiatives, integrating regional applications with Global systems, building, and maintaining interfaces between solutions.<br></li><li>Maintaining regional applications and infrastructure up to date, complaint to federal requirements, planning and arranging regular updates and patches<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Be a graduate in technical discipline or other STEM field<br></li><li>Have relevant experience of 3+ years as technical support or technical project manager<br></li><li>Have experience with 1C products, any document management solution, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cloud and others. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Automate, Project is advantage<br></li><li>Be fluent both in Russian and English<br></li><li>Be able to demonstrate project management, negotiation and dealing with ambiguity skills<br></li><li>Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
