Contracts Specialist - Rotterdam, Netherlands

I am recruiting for a client who is a world leader in the delivery of project and asset services. Due to rapid expansion, my client is looking for an experienced Contract Specialist on a six-month renewable contract. A successful candidate will be involved in assisting the Contracts Manager on multiple projects. The main purpose of this role will be to gather and compile essential data, to support the administration of contracts. Under supervision, the successful candidate will assist in the implementation of contracts administration, whilst coordination and monitoring the completion of tasks. It will also involve Cost engineering to support on a TAR project which entails being on site when required.<br><br>  <br><br> Key Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Compiling data from market research of potential contractors.</li><li>Administration of activities associated with service contracts.</li><li>Participating in and conducting proposal preparation.</li><li>Negotiation of contracts.</li><li>Administrating contracts.</li><li>Customer Contact Activities.</li><li>Coordination of subcontracting activities pre-award for a project.</li><li>Sourcing and qualifying bidders.</li><li>Negotiation of subcontracts and any changes.</li><li>Coordination of subcontracting activities post-award for projects.</li><li>Negotiation of Terms and Conditions.</li><li>TAR experience</li></ul> <br><br> Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>Relevant Degree, or equivalent.</li><li>5+ years' experience of role.</li><li>Effective communication skills, particularly in relation to other engineering disciplines.</li><li>Fluent in English & Dutch, both written and spoken.</li><li>Communicate ideas/concepts.</li><li>Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to discipline.</li><li>Site secondment experience.</li><li>Must be able to negotiate effectively.</li></ul> <br><br> If interested, please feel free to send your CV<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
