To continue our success, we currently have an opportunity for an eCommerce Performance and Conversion Manager. We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing and how it can effectively drive sales within the FMCG industry. To be successful you will have experience with paid search and other digital marketing channels and creating and analysing funnels to optimise conversions. Here is a role where you can define, coordinate, and execute growth programs that optimise revenue funnels, drive eCommerce opportunities, and embed eCommerce best practice. By partnering with internal stakeholders, you will assist in the build of the PepsiCo ANZ eCommerce ecosystem. You Will Be: Managing site content structure and navigation to improve customer journey and experience Developing and implementing SEO campaigns, strategies, and initiatives Proactively developing and implementing ideas for conversion rate optimisation and Website UX Generating reporting and gaining actionable insights through data analysis Overseeing key digital marketing projects supporting overarching brand image and growth strategy Providing insights to functions by analysing performance on consumer behaviour through Google analytics Collaborating with the Marketing team on content development and delivery Identifying and prioritising new distribution partners Qualifications/Requirements You Will Have: FMCG industry experience (essential) Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment End to end management of the online shopper experience A clear understanding of both the latest UX / CX principles and how to apply them Demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance marketing programs to deliver strong ROI Deep knowledge of full e-Commerce stack and advanced in data analytics such as A/B testing Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) Experience in using Google Analytics to derive insights and drive content decisions Understanding of SEO principles in relation to content managementWhat can we offer you?
