Job Description: Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a GS D&A Supervisor providing financial leadership and guidance to business partners and staff to grant appropriate financial processes are followed. Establishing planning strategies and financial analysis on impacts and results of franchises based on historical figures. Ensuring financial processes applied to D&A projects are in place in accordance with local government laws and corporate policies. GS provides compliant, efficient, and standardized services with an emphasis on optimizing processes through a continuous improvement framework The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines Key Responsibilities: Partner effectively with partners across different functions Provides financial and operational support in the acquisition of new business to the company, investments and merge related business unit. Partners cross functionally to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity. Permanent support on process standardization. Responsible for communication of project status to all project partners and senior leadership. Communication includes project meeting minutes, monthly updates and any status or project detail information needed Support and engage the team, providing valuable feedback and mentorship Qualifications Qualifications Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting Experience and Skills: Required: A minimum of 3-5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required Accounting, Finance, Business Administration professional Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Power Point Advanced level of written and oral English Languages: Spanish and English (100% proficient)- Portuguese is desired. Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, SAP as a plus.
