You will be providing technical leadership and direction within the Geozone to ensure operational knowledge and quality of the product offering as well as being a technical expert for the operations, client, and account management/technical sales teams. <br><br>Geozone Technical Manager Key Responsibilities:<br><ul><li> Define and co-ordinate the technical rollout of information and implementation of existing technical product offerings, new product offerings and Geozone needs. </li><li> Comminicates and technically guides clients through sales process to installation and/or operations </li><li> Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence </li></ul><ul><li> Develop short and long range plans with the Global and Geozone leadership to promote the technical strategy for the client and associated asset and inventory requirements </li></ul><ul><li> Support Geozone management on pricing strategies, market intelligence, competitor information etc. </li><li> Liaise with manufacturing & Global Business Unit to ensure project cost budgets are in line with commitments and expectations </li><li> Demonstrate effective Safety leadership at all times to enhance the organization's commitment to safety performance </li><li> Lead and coordinate teams, schedule project timelines, arrange for resources to manage a positive resolution of technical problems as and when needed </li><li> Responsible for technical support for field operations and liaison to Engineering, Business Development, and Product Line Managers </li><li> Research and coordinate key client technical requirements for management consideration </li><li> Responsible for the review and analyse of procedures to determine if benefits derived and possible applications are operationally feasible </li><li> Oversee the effective deployment of technical training and support of Product Line, including expanding technologies </li><li> To instigate, drive and take ultimate responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the internal process within the organization meet the needs of the business </li><li> Responsible for the movement of assets and inventory within and outside the Geozone to ensure maximum utilization and minimum inventory levels </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Proven experience in water cut and multi-phase flow metering systems including land, topside and subsea systems in a technical capacity. </li><li> Bachelors degree in a technical discipline relevant to the position or equivalent experience. </li><li> Strong leadership and management skills with an ability to balance and prioritize competing interests </li><li> Proven ability to build/maintain strong relationships both internally and externally </li><li> Excellent influencing and communication skills, both verbally and in writing </li><li> Ability to accurately assess, solve, implement, and communicate solutions to problems </li><li> Proven focus on customer service and delivery with an extensive knowledge of metering products and services </li><li> Strong knowledge of oil and gas process & production systems (onshore, offshore topsides & subsea) </li><li> Specific knowledge of subsea water cut measurement </li><li> Range and depth of experience in business management, budget control, asset and inventory management, people management and safety leadership </li></ul>
