As a Service Delivery Manager - Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Collaborating cross functionally and with customers to understand the volume and complexity of the activity forecast</li>
<li>Managing the project budget for assigned area, customer change requests and overall profitability for the business</li>
<li>Ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars</li>
<li>Creating a collaborative working environment, encouraging innovative ways to develop key skills and improvements, while maintaining team culture</li>
<li>Conducting readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree in Industrial or Managerial Engineering or a relevant, related subject</li>
<li>Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment</li>
<li>Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems</li>
<li>Be fluent both in Russian and English</li>
<li>Have minimum 10 years&
39; experience in Pressure Pumping Services ( Cementing | Fracturing/Acid Coiled Tubing Services)</li>
