Export Import Planner

The person will be responsible on the export import activities related in IHI for both of RPM and FG; and also for other export import activities like machinery importation. For RPM (Raw Material and Packaging material) related; Work with MRP Planner to make sure availability of import RPM readiness to support production. For FG (Finished Good) related; Work with SNP (Supply Net work Planner) to make sure FG exportation are aligned with plan/target. Qualifications Nature of the work, mostly work in office based Minimum 5 years handle export import related activities. Have a good understanding on export import regulation, and manage the relationship with government and third party like custom broker, freight forwarder etc who are involved in export import activities. Have a good understanding on SAP and planning module as part of planning daily operation Imported material: Responsible for forecast update, PO creation, shipment monitoring, custom clearance, up to the good received at plant. Export FG: Responsible to coordinate FG shipment schedule, export related activities with warehouse, SNP planner and freight forwarder. Planning representative in the project or task that required export import knowledge. Control, review and optimize cost related to export import activities.
